Ona Batlle (Vilassar de Mar, 10 June 1999) came to La Masia in 2011. The rose up the youth ranks, eventually featuring for Barça Atlètic, winning what was then the Second Division. She made her first division debut playing for Madrid CFF, and then established herself as a player at Manchester United. In her debut year she was named player of the season at the Red Devils.
After three years at Man Utd, her contract expired in 2023 and she returned to FC Barcelona.
In her first season back at Barça she helped the team to a historic four trophies, the league, Copa de la Reina, Spanish Super Cup and Champions League, with 38 appearances at full back, scoring seven goals. In 2024/25 she made 37 appearances on the way to a domestic treble.
Batlle played U17 and U19 football for Spain. On 17 May 2019 she gained her first senior international cap and has been a regular ever since. In 2023 she played every game in the World Cup winning campaign in Australia and New Zealand. In 2024 she was part of the Spain squad that finished fourth in the Paris Olympics.
Right back with plenty of skill on the ball. Hugely versatile, she often powers her way up the wing, and can also play on the left. She uses her speed and dribbling ability to support the attack.
