Born in Belgium on 22 January 2008, Jesse Bisiwu began his football journey at Lovaina in 2014. He remained at the club until 2020 when he moved to Club Brugge. In 2023, and still aged only 15 years old, he started to feature for the development side Club NXT, going on to make 36 appearances in the Belgian second division.

He also played in the 2024/25 and 2025/26 editions of the Youth League for Club Brugge U-19s, scoring three goals in 14 games. He signed for FC Barcelona in the summer of 2026.

On the international stage, Bisiwu has played for Belgium at the different youth levels. He drew a lot of attention during the U17 Euros in 2025 when Belgium reached the semifinals and was named in the team of the tournament.
