    Right back who is very solid in defence but also likes to move up to support the attack

    Born in Cornellà de Llobregat on 10 May 2002, Emma Ramírez started out playing mixed football at Fontsanta-Fatjó before joining the Espanyol youth system. In 2019/20, she signed for FC Barcelona, playing for the reserves and occasionally for the senior team.

    In 2021/22 she decided to go on loan to Real Sociedad to really get some Liga Iberdrola experience and turned out to be one of the most promising young players in the league.

    Technical profile

    Emma Ramírez is a right back who is very solid in defence but also likes to move up to support the attack. Her control with her right foot is especially impressive when it comes to finding the right ball to the forwards.
