Goalkeeper
Arnau Tenas, born in Vic 19 years ago, came to Barça in 2010, from Vic Riuprimer REFO, to play for U10A.
He has played in all of Barça's youth teams, and won league titles with U12C (2011-12), U12A (2012-13), U14B (2013-14), U16B (2015-16), U16A (2016-17 ), U19B (2017-18) and U19A (2019-20). In the 2017-18 season he participated as a third goalkeeper in the Final Four in Nyon where the U19A side won the second UEFA Youth League in its history by beating Manchester City in the semifinals (5-4), and Chelsea in the final (3-0).
Tenas made his Barça B debut, thanks to Garcia Pimienta, on March 31, 2019, in a Segunda División B league match at the Miniestadi against Teruel, which Barça B won 2-1. An international in all Spanish youth teams, he won the European Championship in Armenia 2019 with the Spanish U19 team.
Spain beat Portugal 2-0 in the final and Tenas was included in the best XI of the championship. In the 2019/20 season, he not only consolidated with U19A, where he was decisive as captain in a title-winning team, but he also participated in many training sessions with Barça B and with the first team. Arnau Tenas even joined the squad and traveled to Saudi Arabia as the third goalkeeper to play in the Spanish Super Cup. He has a contract until 2023, which can be extended for two more seasons, and his termination clause is 100 million euros.
