The session was divided into several phases, beginning with activation work in the gym before moving onto the pitch for the traditional rondo, positional play drills and game-based exercises, before finishing with a series of sprints.

Kerolin's first session

The main new face in training was Kerolin Nicoli, who trained with her new teammates for the first time. The club's latest signing completed the first part of the session with the group before continuing with an individual programme.

Serrajordi, Kika, Vicky, Rosalía, Carolina Ferrera, Paredes, Aleixandri, Marta, Aicha, Brugts, Carla Julià, Martina, Van Asten, Charlotta, Julia Torres, Noa Jiménez, Pina, Graham, Pajor, Kerolin, Liv Pennock, Lúa Arufe and Mayssa Baha available.

Laia Aleixandri and Aitana trained separately from the group as they continued their respective recovery programmes.

Preparations continue

This was the team's first opportunity to work at the Estadi Comunal Joan Samarra facilities, where they will continue their pre-season preparations with their upcoming friendly matches in mind. Before then, however, they will continue to build up their workload with a double training session scheduled for Friday, with an on-pitch session at 9.30am followed by gym work in the afternoon.
