Barça are heading to Oslo! Pere Romeu’s side saw off Bayern Munich in a game that demanded resilience. Despite building a three-goal cushion, the Germans had their chances to claw the tie back. But Barça once again showed their quality and character to secure their ticket to Norway, where OL Lyonnes await.

cronica 2

The blaugrana started on the front foot, intent on putting the tie beyond doubt early. Graham Hansen was electric down the right, repeatedly stretching the Bayern defence and creating danger at will.

Bayern, meanwhile, stuck to a familiar script: deep, compact, and poised to break at speed whenever the chance arose.

Salma opener

The breakthrough came via Salma Paralluelo as she ghosted in unmarked to convert a pinpoint Graham cross on 14 minutes.

But the lead barely had time to settle. Four minutes later, Bayern hit back. Amin recovered possession in midfield and fed Harder, who surged forward before teeing up Dallmann to slot past Cata Coll with a composed diagonal finish.

Barça’s response was immediate, fuelled by a roaring Spotify Camp Nou. Alexia stepped up when it mattered, reacting quickest to a loose ball in the box to restore the lead. The captain delivering, right on cue. 23 minutes gone and Barça were back in front, 2-1.

Norway awaits

After the break, Barça moved to close the tie out. Pajor extended the lead, rising to meet another superb Graham cross with a powerful header.

Moments later, Alexia struck for the second time of the nigh and at 4-1 it looked all over.

But Bayern refused to fold. Harder pulled one back, and suddenly the visitors sensed an opening. Barça had to dig in, and Cata Coll answered the call, producing a brilliant save from Dallmann, with the crossbar lending a hand.

The Danish forward thought she had a third, but it was chalked off for a foul on Patri. Barça rode out the pressure, held their shape, and sealed their place in a sixth consecutive Champions League final.

A night of tension, then celebration, shared by the 60,021 fans who packed the stadium, and marked by the welcome return of Aitana Bonmatí from injury.
