The 2025 Asian Tour is at its half way point with five days now gone. Barça are just a day away from their second game of the trip which comes against FC Seoul and coach Hansi Flick answered questions from the media at the team's hotel on the eve of the game in the Seoul World Cup Stadium. "The squad are working hard, with quality and a clear objective despite the heat," said the German referring to near 40 degree temperatures in recent days in the South Korean capital.
On Thursday's rivals, FC Seoul, the coach highlighted perhaps their best known player outside Asia: "I know that FC Seoul has Lingard, a great player and that they are doing well at the moment. They have a good approach to football but I am focused on my side."
"We have the same objectives"
The coach also mentioned objectives for the team this season: "It will a tough campaign but we are positive. It will be a long season but we are working for Barça and we want to win trophies. We have the same objectives as last season, winning as many titles as possible."
Following the problems with broadcasting last Sunday during the Vissel Kobe game, FC Barcelona have announced that the two remaining game of the Asian Tour will be shown free to air on the Club's official YouTube channel.
