Friendlies with Daegu FC and Como 1907

The team are in Korea for the start of the month, where on August 4 (8pm local, 1pm CEST) the face Daegu FC of the K-League 1 in the last of their three friendlies in Asia.

Seven days later, it's Gamper time! That's on August 10 at 8pm CEST, where the guests at the Estadi Johan Cruyff will be Como 1907. The Italian Serie A side is coached by former Barça man Cesc Fàbregas, and includes former blaugrana men Sergi Roberto and Àlex Valle.

Mallorca to kick off La Liga

August 16 is the day 2025/26 officially gets started for Hansi Flick and his men with a 7.30pm kick-off in the opening round of Liga matches, away to Mallorca at Son Moix. The islanders impressed last season, very nearly qualifying for Europe, so it is anything but an easy start.

Levante and Rayo to end the month

On Saturday 23 August at 9.30pm CEST, Barça face Levante, who are back in the top flight after a three-year absence. This will be the first home fixture for Barça in the league.

The month ends with another 9.30pm CEST start on the very last day of the month. Barça are away to Rayo Vallecano, a team that is all set to enjoy its first European adventure for a quarter of a decade.
