Ferran Torres wins the Goal of the Month for January
The strike from the recent signing against Athletic Club sees him take the plaudits for what was his first as a Barça player
The fans have spoken and the Goal of the Month for January has been decided. Votes from culers see Ferran Torres take the honour for his goal against Athletic Club in San Mamés in the Copa del Rey. The curling effort was the new signing's first goal as a blaugrana in just his second appearance in a Barça shirt.
Torres' goal beat off contenders from Luuk de Jong (against Granada), Ansu Fati (against Real Madrid) and Pedri (against Athletic Club); three more goals which were more than worthy candidates.
Goal of the Month is decided by the fans as they vote for the best from a shortlist for each month and earn themselves the chance to win a signed Barça shirt.
