Ronald Koeman picks the same set of players that beat Valencia other than the suspended Eric Garcia
Ronald Koeman has named his squad to face Dynamo Kyiv in the second game of the week and the third in the Champions League group stage (kick-off 6.45pm CEST). It reads as follows:
Ter Stegen, Dest, Piqué, Sergio, Riqui Puig, Memphis, Ansu Fati, Demir, Neto, Coutinho, Lenglet, L. De Jong, Jordi Alba, Kun Agüero, S. Roberto, F. De Jong, O. Mingueza, Umtiti, Iñaki Peña, Nico, Gavi and Balde.
It’s the same set of players as the one that beat Valencia 3-1 at the weekend, other than the absence of the suspended Eric Garcia, who was sent off against Benfica.
The injured Ronald Araujo, Ousmane Dembélé, Martin Braithwaite and Pedri also miss out.
Koeman made the announcement after the Tuesday morning training session, after which he and Sergio Agüero spoke to the press ahead of the game with the Ukrainians.
