The Barça futsal team made it six wins in the league on Saturday with a 5-1 away victory at Tudelano Ribera Navarra, a victory Tino Pérez's team richly deserved. Pito marked his comeback from injury with a hat-trick in a moral boosting blaugrana performance.
Almost total domination
Barça showed themselves to be the better side from the opening minutes of the contest. Despite losing Dyego at the last minute, the blaugranes started confidently albeit Dídac had to be called into action to save well from Gabriel Vasques early on.
The opening goal for the visitors came in the 14th minute when Tudelano defender Darrieer deflected the ball past his own keeper. Two minutes later, Pito recorded his first of the game with a subtle touch to make it 2-0 to the blaugranes at half time.
Second half recital
After the break Barça continued to exert their dominance by looking for a third. However, it was the home side who struck, Antonio deflecting a shot from Alberto to allow Tudelano to make it 2-1. The joy was short lived for the home side, as the same player Antonio, scoring at the right end this time, made it 3-1 to Barça with just minutes remaining.
Two goals inside a minute for Pito just before full time rounded off the win and a hat-trick for the blaugrana, an excellent sign for Tino Pérez whose side next face Palma Futsal on Friday.
