The defender came through the Barça Academy and rose up the youth ranks, a true example of the success of women's football at La Masia. She made her senior debut at the tender age of 16 years and 9 months, where she has provided solid service at both centre back and full back.

Despite being out for a long while with a knee injury, Jana has amassed 76 games for the senior side, 19 of those this season. And she has even scored five goals, with two coming this season, one at Madrid CFF in the Liga F and one at AEM Lleida in the semifinals of the Copa Catalunya.
