Barça are fine-tuning preparations for Sunday’s trip to Vallecas, where Hansi Flick’s side will be chasing a perfect three wins from three at the start of La Liga 2025/26 before the first international break of the season.

All available first-team players trained alongside Dro, Guille Fernández, Toni Fernández, Jofre Torrents and Kochen on the Tito Vilanova pitch in what was their third session of the week. The 90-minute workout featured activation drills, rondos and tactical work.

Next up is Rayo Vallecano, with kick-off set for Sunday 31 August at 9.30pm CEST. Flick’s men have been working at full intensity to ensure they arrive at the fixture in peak condition.

The target is clear: victory at Vallecas. And it promises to be no easy task at a ground that will also be hosting European nights this year, after Iñigo Pérez’s side sealed qualification for the UEFA Conference League by beating Neman Grodno 4-0 on Thursday 28 August. With that midweek tie behind them, Rayo are now focused on welcoming Barça for matchday three, while the Catalans look to add another three points before the September international window.
