FC Barcelona hurts adductor muscle while on international duty for Spain
Test conducted this Friday on full back Alejandro Balde have confirmed that he has an adductor injury in one of his hamstrings. It means he will be unavailable for selection until the problem heals.
Replaced against Scotland
The player suffered the injury while playing for Spain against Scotland in a Euro 24 qualifier in Seville. He had to be substituted at half-time and has returned to his club.
This has happened shortly after Balde had signed a new contract with FC Barcelona through to 2028, and after he had made 10 appearances for the team this season, all but one of those as a starter.
