Jordi Alba wins February Goal Of The Month
Defender's wonder-strike against Atlético Madrid comes out tops in the fans' vote
The winner of the February Goal of the Month as voted by fans on the official FC Barcelona website is Jordi Alba for his superb finish in the 4-2 defeat of Atlético Madrid.
His tenth minute goal, fabulously targeted strike into the top corner, was the equaliser that made it 1-1 in that game at Camp Nou.
Alba’s effort saw of challenges from what were also great goals from Frenkie de Jong and Aubameyang against Napoli and Dembélé against Athletic Club.
Goal of the Month is awarded every month and offers the chance for anyone who casts their vote to win a signed shirt.
