Five things to look out for in FC Barcelona v Celta

It is the final straight of the league season with Ronald Koeman's team facing Celta Vigo in their final home game of the campaign on Sunday at 6.30pm CEST. The game is a must win one for the blaugranes to keep their La Liga title hopes alive.

1. Barça v Celta, goals

Barça have scored in 50 of the 51 home games they have played against Celta at home. In those games they have scored 143 goals and the blaugranes have only ever lost once; a 1-0 defeat in November 2014. 

2. Leo Messi a constant danger 

The Barça captain has scored 29 goals in 34 league matches against Celta and the Argentine is looking to get on the scoresheet to claim another 'pichichi' title as the league's top scorer. 

3. Celta in good form

The side coached by Eduardo Coudet come to Camp Nou in excellent form. The Galicians have won four games in a row and will be looking to record five consecutive victories for the first time since April 2001. 

4. Iago Aspas, a danger

One of the top players at Celta, Aspas has scored 13 goals this season in the league and he has been involved in nine goals in the last 10 games against Barça. 

5. Former blaugranes

The Galicians boast four former blaugranes in their squad; Nolito, Denis Suárez, Murillo and Costas. Suárez was the latest to arrives, signing for Celta in the summer of 2019.
