Rival watch: Dortmund lose, Inter and Slavia win

Borussia fall 4-0 at Bayern, Barça's italian rivals beat Verona 2-1 and Slavia leave it late to win 3-0 against Teplice

Barça’s next Champions League opponents, Borussia Dortmund, have been beaten for the second time in this season’s Bundesliga, this time by champions Bayern Munich, who went ahead through Lewandowski on the quarter hour, extended it through Gnabry just after the restart before Polish striker Lewandowski for a second time and an own goal from Mats Hummels completed the rout. It leaves Dortmund fifth with 19 points and three behind leaders Borussia Mönchengladbach in what is proving to be a fascinating championship.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan came from behind to beat Verona 2-1 with goals from Vecino and Varela, the win putting them temporarily top of Serie A. Slavia Prague left it late to win against Teplice on Sunday. The Czechs led through Tomáš Souček's 29th minute penalty, but didn't add to the score until the 89th minute when Petr Ševčik netted. Ondrej Kúdela added a third in injury time to complete a 3-0 win and keep Slavia 11 points clear at the top of the Czech First League.
