Born in Sant Julià de Vilatorta on 1 February 1999, Ferran Jutglà came to Barça in the summer of 2021 to reinforce Sergi Barjuan's squad. Jutglà started his career in his home town club before moving to Vic Riuprimer and then to Espanyol in 2012. The striker was loaned out to Sant Andreu at U19 level where he made his first team debut and also had a loan spell at Valencia.
Jutglà came to Barça aged 22 from the Espanyol B team and stands out for being a player with the ability to find the net and who can play in various positions.
