After a great season at a national level, the best in Barça eSports VALORANT's history, the blaugranes have been crowned champions of the 2026 season in the Rising Spain, the top tier VALORANT Spanish competition. This is the second time that the team has achieved this feat in only three years of history.
This has been a great year on the national stage for meisoN and xikii's team, reaching the semifinals in the first split, winning the second one, reaching the final in the third and fourth. Thanks to these results, Barça eSports has earned 950 points, finishing well ahead of second-place, UCAM Esports, who has achieved 830 points.
2. Thanks to this great season, Barça eSports has tied with CASE Esports as the team with the most titles in VALORANT Rising Spain's history, with after winning the 2024 title, as well of 2026's first split and the overall trophy of 2026.
This is not the end of the season for the team, with the EMEA Challengers starting on May 18th, the competition that will face the best teams of the regional leagues, where they will battle for a spot in the VCT EMEA's playoffs, the league where the best teams in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa compete. A good result in this competition gives access to the Champions, VALORANT's world championship.
