The Club and the player have agreed a new contract for the next three seasons
Leandro Bolmaro will remain at Barça for the next three seasons, until 30 June 2023. The Club and the player have reached an agreement for a new contract and the player who will be 20 in September will be considered a first team squad member.
The Argentinian guard came to Barça in the summer of 2018 when he joined the Barça B squad. He played 33 game for the B team in the league, averaging 10.4 points and in the season 2019/20 he alternated between the B team and the first team with whom he trained for the whole season.
Bolmar, who will wear the number 9 shirt in the 2020/21 season, made a total of 17 appearances, 2 in the Catalan League, 6 in the Euroleague and 9 in the Endesa League, last season. His best performance cam against Iberostar Tenerife in the final play off phase in Valencia when he scored a total of 11 points.
The Argentine showed himself to be more than happy at the agreement that will keep him at the club for the next three seasons: "I am very happy for the confidence the Club has placed in me and excited about my new contract. I will try to give everything to win a place in the team and win the respect of the coaches, players and the fans."
The Barça number ‘9’ admits that Heurtel and Calathes “are the best guards in Europe and I am very happy to be in the same squad as them and the rest of the team. I hope to win the chance to give my all."
