Both the German goalkeeper and the Portuguese midfielder took routine medical checks.

The full first team will be back on the training ground for morning and evening sessions on Wednesday (9.30am and 6.30pm CET) after manager Ernesto Valverde gave them a couple of days off to rest after the US Tour.

Deulofeu trains too

Once they had passed their tests with the doctors, the duo worked out on the Tito Vilanova field, where they were also joined by Gerard Deulofeu, who didn’t travel to America in order to work on recovery from a thigh injury.
