Where can I find my add-ons and access passes?
You’ll receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase titled: “Purchase confirmation Basic Plus –” (not the ticket email), containing the following vouchers:

How to collect your Official Scarf?
- Location: Ticket offices of Spotify Camp Nou – Rambla Barça (Access 9). See map
- When to collect: It can be collected during museum opening hours. Check here
Important: To avoid queues on match day, we recommend collecting the official scarf the day before.
The collection of the official scarf on match day will take place in front of the Barça Museum entrance.
Reminder: Bring the voucher for your Official Scarf (from the confirmation email, not the ticket email).
How to visit the Barça museum?
Flexible Ticket + Fast Track: Your ticket allows you to visit on the date and time that suit you best. Plus, you’ll skip the line by entering through the Fast Track access.

How to activate your free Culers Premium membership?
1. Find your code
You’ll find it in the vouchers sent to you.
2. Sign up and access
Create your Culer account on the Barça website and go to the subscription link or scan the QR code.
3. Enter your code
Type it in before payment: the price will drop to €0.
4. Enjoy one year of Culer Premium
You’re now a Culer Premium member for 12 months!
How to access with Early Access?
1. Go to Entrance E, the exclusive access point for Early Access customers. Entrance E is located next to the vending machines.
2. Show the Early Access PDF. You will need to present this document to the access staff.
3. Enter within the Early Access time window. Exclusive access will be available for 30 minutes.
