The coach originally called up 19 players, as he was hanging on definitive clearance for new signing Kevin-Prince Boateng to play. With the Ghanaian's availability confirmed, it is Denis Suárez who misses out on a place against the team where he played on loan in the 2014/15 season.

Sergio, Messi and Samper are left out by decision of the managern, Murillo is suspended and O. Dembélé, Rafinha and Umtiti are injured.
This Tuesday the team trained for the last time before the game against Sevilla. The session took place on the Tito Vilanova pitch and, in addition to Kevin-Prince Boateng for the first time, Iñaki Peña, Chumi, Miranda, O. Busquets, Riqui Puig and Mujica of Barça B made up the numbers.
