First objective achieved! FC Barcelona have secured their place in the Champions League Main Round with a comfortable away win over Dinamo. Carlos Ortega's side dominated from start to finish, with N'Guessan, Dika Mem and Barrufet leading the scoring in their fourth European victory.

Barça take control

Barça made their intentions clear from the outset, with Dika Mem opening the scoring as the visitors raced into a 0-2 lead. Dinamo tried to slow the pace, but the Catalans continued to pull away, moving 7-15 ahead after 22 minutes.

With Ludovic Fàbregas, Dika Mem and N'Guessan leading a strong collective performance, Barça extended their advantage to 9-18 before taking an emphatic 11-20 lead into the break.

No let-up after the break

The second half brought more of the same. Mem struck immediately to make it 11-21, while Barça's solid defence continued to frustrate the hosts. Goals from Barrufet and N'Guessan stretched the lead to 12-24.

Barrufet and goalkeeper Sergey Hernández then helped Barça establish an even greater advantage, reaching 13-28 after 42 minutes. The visitors maintained their dominance to finish 15 goals ahead and seal qualification for the Champions League Main Round.

With their European objective achieved, Barça now turn their attention to the ASOBAL league, travelling to face Frigoríficos del Morrazo this Sunday at 6.15pm CEST.
