Big games coming up in October
Once the international break is over, it will be straight back into action. Barça have a packed October ahead, with six demanding games across La Liga and the Champions League.
Football returns to Spotify Camp Nou on Saturday 10 October (6.30pm CEST), when the always awkward Getafe come to town. Barça will be looking to make it eight wins from eight in La Liga and equal the best start to a league season in club history.
Three away trips in a row
Hansi Flick’s side then embark on an eight-day tour taking them to Istanbul, Seville and Paris. First up is Galatasaray on Tuesday 13 (9pm CEST) in Barça’s second Champions League fixture, followed four days later by a trip to La Cartuja to face Betis (6.30pm CEST).
The third successive away game is a blockbuster: PSG v Barça in Paris on Tuesday 20 (9pm CEST).
Clásico and Alavés to end the month
And October has another huge fixture in store. Real Madrid visit Spotify Camp Nou on Sunday 25 (9pm CET) for a Clásico that rarely disappoints.
Alavés then come to Barcelona for Barça’s final game of the month. The date has yet to be confirmed, but the fixture will be played before the Champions League returns, with Aston Villa visiting on Tuesday 3 November.
