The Auditori 1899 is ready to host the presiding panel of the FC Barcelona Ordinary General Assembly of Members this Saturday 19 September. A total of 4,597 delegate members have been called to attend this key event for the club’s future. For the seventh time, the Assembly will be held remotely, a model that is more financially sustainable for the club and more universally accessible.
Once again, FC Barcelona’s audiovisual channels will broadcast the OGA. The club will provide fans around the world with full coverage of the event via Barça Play, both on the website and through the official app; the club’s official YouTube channel, which has more than 27 million subscribers; and the official FC Barcelona website. The OGA will be available in Catalan, Spanish and English.
Commitment to accessibility and inclusion
In keeping with the club’s commitment to accessibility and the inclusion of all its audiences, and with the aim of ensuring an accessible experience for everyone, the Assembly broadcast will include live subtitles and Catalan Sign Language (LSC) interpretation.
Agenda
As previously announced by the Club, the agenda will be as follows:
- President’s report.
- Presentation and, where appropriate, approval of the financial year-end accounts for the 2025/26 season for FC Barcelona and its consolidated group.
- Presentation and, where appropriate, approval of the budget for the 2026/27 financial year.
- Financing operations. Approval, where appropriate, of the extension of the financing secured to carry out the Espai Barça project and the issuance of bonds secured against additional FC Barcelona audiovisual rights.
- In accordance with Articles 20.8 and 20.9 of the Statutes, ratification of the contracts with OHANA REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION LLC and BABYLON PARK SPAIN, S.L.
- Ratification of the appointments of members of the Board of Directors in accordance with Article 20.10 of the Statutes.
- Ratification of the appointments of members of the Economic Commission in accordance with Article 58 of the Statutes.
- Report by the Members’ Ombudsman.
- Proposals from members in accordance with Article 20.11 of the Statutes.
- Open floor.
The FC Barcelona Assembly is the club’s highest governing body. It comprises a randomly selected 2.5% representation of the membership; the Senators (members holding membership card numbers between 1 and 1,000); the current members of the Board of Directors; members of the statutory commissions; former club presidents; and the presidents of the regional supporters’ club federations who have been members for more than five years.
