Pulse, the new Barça collection
With the new season now under way, FC Barcelona is presenting Pulse, a new fashion collection inspired by one of the most universal expressions of the blaugrana spirit: the emotion of being a Barça fan. Taking the club anthem as its starting point, the collection incorporates excerpts from its lyrics into the garments, expressing a way of experiencing Barça that goes far beyond football.
This is the idea that gives Pulse its name and meaning: the blaugrana heartbeat transformed into energy, connection and shared pride. The Barça anthem runs through the entire collection. Words instantly recognisable to every culer leave the football pitch behind to become part of the garment designs. Phrases such as Un crit valent (“One valiant cry”), Blaugrana al vent (“Blaugrana in the wind”) and Tots units fem força (“United we are strong”) are incorporated into different pieces, allowing fans to carry what being part of Barça means with them wherever they go.
Nine streetwear pieces
Pulse comprises nine pieces combining the Barça universe with a contemporary urban aesthetic, designed to bring the blaugrana spirit into everyday life beyond the sporting environment. The collection includes three T-shirts, a long-sleeved polo shirt, two sweatshirts, two jackets and a pair of trousers, featuring different graphic interpretations of lines from the anthem and elements associated with the club’s identity.
All nine pieces will be available from Monday 21 September through the club’s official online store and at Barça Stores.
Players take centre stage
As has become customary with the club’s fashion initiatives, players from the men’s and women’s first teams take centre stage in Pulse. This time, Gavi, Karim Adeyemi, Gerard Martín and Jesse Bisiwu, together with Aitana Bonmatí, Esmee Brugts, Sydney Joy Schertenleib and Laia Alexandri, are the faces of the new blaugrana collection.
With Pulse, Barça continues to explore new ways of expressing its identity and taking the sense of belonging to the club beyond matchdays. The collection transforms an emotion shared by millions of culers into something they can wear, feel and experience every day.
