The hotel where the FC Barcelona first team stayed before the Liga game against Deportivo Alavés hosted a reception led by president Rafael Yuste, vice president and secretary Josep Cubells, board member for the Social Area Josep Ignasi Macià, and directors Joan Solé and Siscu Pujol for representatives of four penyes from the Basque Country: PB Vitoria-Gasteiz Euskobarça, PB Gora Barça – 9 de Mayo, PB de Irun, and PB Bizkabarça. President-elect Joan Laporta also attended the event.

Alongside Yuste, speeches were given by Gorka Muñoz, president of PB Vitoria-Gasteiz Euskobarça, and Francisco Javier Martínez, president of PB de Irun and delegate of the FC Barcelona Penyes Advisory Council for Euskadi / Euskal Herria. After the speeches, the supporters’ clubs received commemorative gifts from FC Barcelona.

The gathering, which also included penyes from La Roca del Vallès and Granollers, took place in a relaxed and friendly Barça atmosphere. There are 574 registered FC Barcelona penya members in Euskadi.
