Six "finals" are left for FC Barcelona in LaLiga before the 2025/26 season comes to a close. The first of those matches is on Saturday away to Getafe (kick-off 4.15pm CEST), one of the toughest matches of the season. “Getafe defend very well, they have their own philosophy. If we look at the last 10 games in LaLiga, they would be second in the table”, said Hansi Flick during the pre-match press conference.

The coach considers two factors may prove key at the Coliseum, the pace of play and mistakes. "For us it is important to dictate the pace of the game and not make mistakes, that's what I want to see from the team", he explained.

Life without Lamine Yamal

It's been six years since FC Barcelona won at the Coliseum. They will try to get the win on Saturday without Lamine Yamal, who was injured against Celta. "We have to deal with it as a team. They will all have to step up", assured Hansi Flick, aware of what his team loses without the number 10.

In this sense, he explained that this is not an easy situation for anyone, stating "It's not easy, not for him and not for us. But I have seen he is motivated to recover and I think he will be at the World Cup, which is important to him too".

No Bernal and no Raphinha

Flick also confirmed that neither Marc Bernal nor Raphinha will be available for Getafe. "They still aren't training with the team, but I hope they are better next week", he stated. He also praised Gavi, who has put in a "huge performance" since he returned from injury.
