The annual accounts for the 2024/25 season were presented today 30 September at the ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Futbol Club Barcelona, with a positive ordinary result of 2 million euro, thus achieving the primary financial goal for the Club for a second consecutive year. After deducing extraordinary items, the final result after tax amounts to a 17 million euro loss.

These results mean the gradual financial recovery of the institution continues, particularly notable given the restriction on income while the redevelopment of the new Spotify Camp Nou continues.

The Board of Directors presented a budget with a consolidated profit of 4 million euro after tax for the 2025/26 season, with the goal to keep achieving a profit for a third consecutive year. New records for sponsorship and merchandising income are expected for this season, as well as income from the gradual return to the Spotify Camp Nou.

Furthermore and in compliance with the provisions of article 27 of the Statues, the Board of Directors of Futbol Club Barcelona approved the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting for Members for 19 October (first call 10.00am, second call 10.30am). The Assembly will take place online from the Auditori 1899, and the official announcement to convene will be published in due course within the period set out by the Statutes, including an outline of the order of the day.

The Club will make all the information regarding the Ordinary General Assembly available to FC Barcelona members over the coming days, including the financial information, and will organise regular informative meetings with the media, when these results and the main milestones from the year will be explained.
