OAE information points on Match Days

The information points of the Oficina Atenció al Barcelonista (OAB) and the Specialized Services Office (OAE) are in front of Access 1, available from four hours before kick-off until half-time.

T’Acompanyem Service

The T’Acompanyem Service is a project managed and coordinated by the OAE in collaboration with the Red Cross, offering assistance to people with reduced mobility on match days. Red Cross volunteers accompany wheelchair users to their seats and assist them again at the end of the match.

On match days at Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, the T’Acompanyem service point is in front of Accesses 1, 2, and 5.

Seating for wheelchair users

To purchase tickets for wheelchair users and their companions, please fill out this form.

This type of ticket includes a free invitation for one companion.

Access is through Access 2, which is at street level. Once there, access staff will guide you to your seats.

Each space includes an adjacent seat for a companion.

These seats offer good visibility.
Adapted toilets for people with reduced mobility are available throughout the stadium on accessible, step-free levels.

Parking for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users

To request these parking spaces, as well as in cases of temporary reduced mobility, it is necessary to email to oae@fcbarcelona.cat. It is essential to present the official parking card.

Visual impairment

Assistance dogs or guide dogs are allowed. To ensure the safety of both users and dogs, it is recommended to contact the OAE in advance via email at oae@fcbarcelona.cat or by phone: +34 93 496 36 00.

It is recommended to arrive early to avoid crowds.
