Barcelona was ready to party, and the players gave the blaugrana majority in the city plenty to celebrate. The moment the derby in Cornellà ended, with the 2-0 win that sealed the 2024/25 La Liga title, the club’s jubilant supporters split in two directions.
Many headed to the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, just a few kilometres from the RCDE Stadium, to welcome the team bus and celebrate the season’s third trophy with their idols. And celebrate they did: when Hansi Flick’s men arrived, a crowd was already waiting. The players stepped out onto the balcony to shout, jump, dance and release all the tension that had built up to that moment.
If the turnout at the training ground wasn’t even bigger, it’s because Barcelona’s traditional party spot—Canaletes fountain—was packed to overflowing. The most optimistic fans had begun gathering there during the match, and once victory was assured, hundreds more streamed to the historic landmark to share a unique moment of joy and Barça pride.
Enjoy it to the fullest, culers—you’ve earned it!
