During a meeting held on 20 September 2023 and in compliance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Statutes, the Board of Directors of Futbol Club Barcelona agreed to convene the Ordinary General Assembly, which will be held online in compliance with the provisions of Article 31 bis of the Catalan Sports Law (Legislative Decree 1/2000, of 31 July). The first call will be at 9.30am and the second at 10.00am, both on 21 October. The Assembly Board will convene in the Auditori 1899 inside the Spotify Camp Nou facilities, and it will proceed as follows:

1. President’s Report.
2. Report and approval, if applicable, of the settlement of the fiscal year corresponding to the 2022/2023 season.
3. Report and approval, if applicable, of the budget for the fiscal year corresponding to the 2023/2024 season.
4. Ratification of the sponsorship contract with Ambilight TV.
5. Report on the current status of Espai Barça.
6. Report by the Members' Representative.
7. Members' proposals in accordance with the provisions of article 20.11 of the Statutes.
8. Open floor.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors agreed to request a notary is present at the Assembly to draw up a record of any agreements.
