The players called up to their respective national team WC squads are gradually returning to training at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. 

 

This Wednesday 21 December saw Memphis and Raphinha return. Most of Xavi Hernández' squad were on a rest day between training days, but Frenkie de Jong, Ronald Araujo and Pablo Torre all joined in with the session on pitch 2.

    So, the Barça players who were on WC duty in Qatar are progressively being incorporated into the Club's everyday activities with the return to league matches on the horizon. The countdown to the Catalan derby at Spotify Camp Nou has already started, Espanyol being Barça's last opponent in 2022, kickoff 2pm CET, Saturday 31 December.
