New signings for the Coach Values program

The Coach Values program's newest session was held last wednesday the 6th october, with the participation of former FC Barcelona players, Carles Cuadrat and Andrea Orlandi. They both have joined the consultant's team of the High Performance program that the Association offers to companies. Both former players experience and Jofre Mateu's, the leader of the session, joined by another former player, Jordi Martínez, makes it possible that the participants acknowdlegde FC Barcelona's methodology first hand. This is a valuable tool for them to use in company management and team-building.

Coach Values is a completely flexible and tailor-made program. It can adapt to any company's goals, such as motivation, leadership and team-building. Just as La Masia's football players formation has several outlooks, Coach Values highlight those soft skills that every group needs. They usually are concepts that former fitrst team players have lived themselves and they can easily convey. Every program has its own theorical session in which the former FC Barcelona players tell their own experience in trainings, and how afterwards they move those concepts on the field and implement them.
