The week started at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper with a training session for the available first team players. The new faces were Ousmane Dembélé and Sergio Agüero, both currently recovering from injury. The Frenchman suffered a knee injury in June and underwent surgery whilst the Argentine picked up a calf injury in August.

Session to begin preparations for Valencia game

Ronald Koeman's squad, despite the absence of those players on international duty, carried out a session on Monday to kick start preparations for Barça's next fixture which comes in La Liga against Valencia on Sunday at 9.00pm CEST at Camp Nou.
