Álex Collado extends contract until 2023

The Club have exercised their option of a two year extension to Àlex Collado's contract which will tie him to the Club until 30 June 2023. 

The 21 years old Barça B captain from nearby Sabadell came to the Barça youth set to play in the U10B squad and since then he has passed through all the age categories, winning the league and the UEFA Youth League in the 2017/18 season. His debut with Barça B came in March 2018 in a game against Lorca. 

For the B team, Collado has made 77 appearances, scoring 16 goals. His goal from the 2019/20 season against Levante Atlético was voted goal of the season in the Second Division B. 

Collado made his first team debut under coach Ernesto Valverde in the 2018/19 season in a game against Celta Vigo in Balaídos.
