Barça B will be enjoying the welcome services of Ronald Araujo in the Division 2A promotion play-off. The Uruguayan, who has been working with the first team recently, will be re-joining the Barça B structure after the training session at the Ciutat Esportiva.
It means that coach Garcia Pimienta will be able to field his fourth captain in Thursday’s game against Badajoz at the Nuevo Mirador de Algeciras (8.00pm CEST).
The squad is also being joined by U19A goalkeeper Arnau Tenas, who was also eorking with the senior team and sat on the bench for the game against Alavés.
U19A goalkeeper Ramon Vilà, who has been with Barça B in Marbella since Friday, will now be able to enjoy a few day’s rest before reporting for the preseason under Franc Artiga on July 27.
