The FC Barcelona futsal team have won the league title for the eighth time in their history, a win that comes three seasons on from their last success in the domestic competition, rounding off an excellent campaign for Javi Rodríguez's team.

The blaugranes can now add 2025/26 to the titles from 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13, 2018/19, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, as the league championship confirms Barça as one of the major forces in Spanish futsal.

The win is the first trophy for coach Javi Rodríguez, who won the league as a player with Barça in 2011 and 2012.

An impressive season

Barça finished the regular season top of the table and so gained home advantage in the league play offs where they disposed of Valdepeñas in the quarter-finals. Victory over Inter in the semi-finals was followed by a 3-1 win over ElPozo Murcia in the final best of five series, a 15th victory in finals spread across five competitions against their big rivals.

An eighth league title rounds off another impressive season for the FC Barcelona futsal team.
