The Club and the player Khalid have mutually agreed to terminate his contract that ran to 2026. Barça thanks Khalid for his commitment and professionalism, and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

Khalid returned to the Club last summer from Industrias Santa Coloma after an earlier spell in the Barça youth system. His adaptation to the first team was conditioned by an unfortunate injury picked up while playing for Morocco at the last World Cup.

After a difficult year with few opportunities, the sporting management and the player himself agreed to terminate the contract, which ran to June 2026.

Third outgoing from the squad

Khalid now makes it three players who have left the squad. Lozano is retiring and will join the Club's set up and Dyego left after his contract expired on 30 June. Coach Tino Pérez has also left after the Club terminated his contract.
