Work officially under way inside Spotify Camp Nou

After Monday's event to mark the start of the work on the Spotify Camp Nou refurbishment and the symbolic burial of the "time capsule" containing memories, a new phase of work has begun with the arrival of machines and the first skips to continue the Stadium's refurbishment.

The work on Espai Barça is already under way and the coming months will focus on the complete demolition of the third tier and the removal of every reusable fixture. The inside of the stadium is already changing, with the playing surface being removed, and the coming weeks will see work done on the foundations and other sections being demolished.
