ACCESSIBILITY - SPOTIFY CAMP NOU

Provisional indications that may change depending on how the opening phases go.
Checking to find out whether there are any changes before each match is recommended.

HOW TO GET TO SPOTIFY CAMP NOU?

  • Using public transport is recommended.
  • Arrive early to avoid crowds.
  • Accesses will open 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours before the match kicks off.
  • Follow the gate and access indications on your ticket to get to your allocated seat.

 

 

ACCESS POINTS FOR ACCESSIBLE SEATS

Access points for wheelchair users and those allocated an accessible seat, and their companions.

Seats in Gol Sur, Lateral and Tribuna

  • Entrance: Access V – Gate 22
  • Access from: Travessera de les Corts
  • Parking area: Travessera de les Corts

Seats in Tribuna

  • Entrance: Access F – Gate 4
  • Access from: Avinguda Joan XXIII
  • There is a lift to make accessing the seats easier
  • Accessible parking: Carrer Martí Franquès
  • Parking area: Avinguda Arístides Maillol

ACCESSIBLE PARKING (MATCHDAYS)

Specific parking areas for holders of the parking card for people with disabilities, reduced mobility and/or wheelchair users in areas around the Stadium:

  • Travessera de Les Corts (between Carrer Elisabeth Eidenbenz and Carrer Mejía Lequerica)
  • Carrer Martí Franquès with Avinguda Joan XXIII
  • Avinguda Arístides Maillol (between Avinguda Dr. Marañón and Carrer del Cardenal Reig).

Parking requirements:

  • You must be the card holder and it must be visible inside the vehicle.
  • Allow the Guardia Urbana (City Police) to check you are the holder and to indicate exactly where to park.

 

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES

Specialised Services Office (OAE):

To communicate specific needs or temporary reduced mobility situations:

T'Acompanyem (We accompany you) service:

Personalised assistance for people with disabilities, reduced mobility or wheelchair users inside the Stadium. Service coordinated by the OAE and the Red Cross.

  • Service points located in front of accesses D, W and Q on matchdays.


ACCESSIBLE TICKETS AND SEATS:

To purchase tickets for wheelchair users and companions:

  • You have to apply in advance using the online form.
  • This ticket type includes an invitation for an accredited companion.Application deadline: from when the date and time of the match is confirmed up to 72 hours before kick-off.

Accessible seats:

 Each seat includes an adjacent seat for an accompanying person and has an electrical power socket.

Accessible toilets:

They are located along the first tier, on level ground and close to the accessible seats.

When accessing the toilets or catering services, please remember that corridors can become very crowded during halftime.

SAFETY REGULATIONS:

To ensure safety and for the match to go smoothly, here is a reminder of some of the indications about which objects are permitted and prohibited inside the Stadium:

Permitted items

  • Plastic bottles (up to 500 ml, without a cap).
  • Electric wheelchairs, provided that:
    • They are the right size to access the reserved area.
    • The battery is safe and does not pose a fire hazard.
  • Walkers and other assistance items for people with reduced mobility.
  • Assistance or guide dogs are permitted. Contacting the Specialised Services Office (OAE) beforehand is recommended in order to ensure the safety of both users and dogs.

Prohibited items:

  • Rigid reusable bottles (glass, metal or hard plastic).
  • Buggies/strollers for safety and evacuation reasons (there is no left luggage for them).
