HOW TO GET TO SPOTIFY CAMP NOU?
- Arriving by public transport is recommended.
- Arrive early to avoid the crowds.
- Accesses will open two hours before the game kicks off.
- Follow the gate and access indications on the ticket to get to your allocated seat correctly.
Access V and gate 22 are assigned for wheelchair users and their companions
- Access V – Gate 22: Entry is from Travessera de les Corts
- Access is also possible through Access F – Gate 4 to make it easier for persons entering from Avinguda Joan XXIII.
Accessible parking (on matchdays at the Spotify Camp Nou):
The Guàrdia Urbana (City Police) have made limited parking spaces in areas close to the stadium available for persons with disabilities, reduced mobility and/or wheelchair users who have parking cards:
- Travessera de les Corts (between Elisabeth Eidenbenz and Mejía Lequerica)
- C/ Martí Franquès
- Av. Arístides Maillol
Conditions of use
Must be a card holder and it must be visible on the vehicle. The Guàrdia Urbana may check ownership of the card and they will indicate exactly where to park.

T’Acompanyem service:
The T’Acompanyem service points are at accesses D, W and Q on matchdays.
- The T’Acompanyem service is a joint service provided by the OAE and the Red Cross.
- It provides personalised care for persons with disabilities, reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
ACCESSIBLE TICKETS AND SEATS:
Purchasing tickets for wheelchair users and companions requires applying in advance using the specific form, which will ensure personalised care and correct allocation of accessible seats.
How can I apply?

- What is included? This ticket type includes an invitation for a suitably accredited companion.
- Deadlines: Tickets can be requested as soon as the match date and time are confirmed and up to 72 hours before the game is played.
Accessible seats:
Each seat includes an adjacent seat for an accompanying person and has an electrical power socket.
Accessible bathrooms:
They are around the edge of the first tier at ground level and close to the accessible seats.
With a view to more convenient access to the bathrooms or catering services, please note that the passageways tend to be very busy during half-time.
SAFETY REGULATIONS:
With a view to ensuring safety and no issues during the game, here are some indications about permitted and prohibited objects to keep in mind:
The following are permitted:
- Plastic bottles up to 500 ml, without a cap.
- Electric wheelchairs, as long as:
- They are the correct size to access the reserved area.
- They have a safe battery, with no risk of fire.
- Walkers and other support objects for people with reduced mobility.
- Support dogs or guide dogs are allowed entry. Contacting the OAE beforehand in order to ensure the safety of both persons and their dogs is recommended.
The following are prohibited:
- Rigid reusable bottles (glass, metal or hard plastic)
- Pushchairs, for safety reasons and in case of evacuation. We don’t have a left luggage service for them.
