ACCESIBILITY SERVICES

Information Desk and Ticket Offices

The information desk is accessible and adapted to an appropriate height for wheelchair users.

Hearing Loop System

A hearing loop system is available at the entrance information desk and ticket offices.

Parking

A limited number of parking spaces are available for holders of disabled parking permits, people with reduced mobility, and wheelchair users.

Seating

The stands include 7 accessible spaces for wheelchair users, each with an adjacent seat for a companion.

Restrooms

Accessible restrooms adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility are located before entering the court area. Additional accessible restrooms for spectators and companions are available on the first floor, which can be reached by elevator.

Signage

The building features accessible signage indicating the various areas and includes informational and emergency signs with internationally recognized pictograms.

Wheelchair Skating Support Rental

We offer an adapted platform that allows wheelchair users to skate safely and comfortably. It consists of a sliding base with special runners that facilitate movement on the ice and can be adjusted to wheelchairs of different sizes, making for an inclusive and accessible experience.

Important Information

  • Companion required: For safety reasons, wheelchair users must be accompanied by a skater.
  • Safety first: Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you have any questions or specific needs, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Skating Support Aid Rental

Recommended for beginners or for people with limited stability, whether children or adults. This support aid helps maintain balance, increases safety, and builds confidence while learning, making the ice-skating experience more comfortable and enjoyable.

Terms of Use

  • The use of gloves and socks is mandatory for all skaters.
  • Long trousers must be worn while skating.
  • The use of a helmet is mandatory for skaters under the age of 12 (you may bring your own helmet or rent one on site).
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over who is also taking part in the activity (maximum of 6 children under 14 per adult).
  • Companions may access the venue with a special spectator admission ticket for the stands for €1.50.
