The Electoral Board and Committee are two bodies responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the electoral process. Both are made up of five members selected by draw.

The Electoral Board is responsible for supervising and overseeing the electoral process up to polling day, as well as receiving and resolving any claims submitted by members regarding the electoral roll or electoral lists.

The Electoral Committee oversees the process on polling day itself and is responsible for presiding over and monitoring the voting proceedings to be held on 15 March.

The draw to determine the composition of the Electoral Committee and the Electoral Table took place this Tuesday at noon in the Auditori 1899 at Spotify Camp Nou. As stipulated in FC Barcelona’s Statutes (Articles 44 and 45), the appointments were made by draw before a notary public, and in the presence of the club secretary, and the Members Ombudsperson.

In accordance with the Statutes, the draws were carried out using a computerized procedure that guarantees the participation of eligible members who meet the required criteria, the random nature of each draw, and equal opportunities for all those who may be selected.

Electoral Board

Mr J. Ignacio Soler-Cabot Serra has been elected President of the Electoral Committee. The other members are Mr Jordi Serra Macià, Mr Gerard Coderch Bastias, Ms Mercè Ibarz Domingo and Mr Antoni Ortega i Bayo.

From now on, the Electoral Board's role will be to supervise and oversee the process until polling day, as well as to review and resolve any claims submitted by members regarding the electoral roll or electoral lists, admit or reject candidacies and formally proclaim them, among other duties.

Electoral Committee

The Electoral Committe, the body responsible for overseeing the voting on 15 March, has also been officially constituted with the following members: Miquel Alcon i Salles (President), Rafel Villa i Aledo (Secretary), Guillem Medina Martínez, Josep Solé Molina and Cristina Crusafón Moya.
