First – Before you start

To participate in the Barça Rookies experience, you need to be a group or team of at least 12 youngsters under 18 years old, plus as many accompanying adults as you wish.

It’s very important to review the Barça Rookies conditions in this document.

Second – Make your reservation request

Check the calendar to see which game you want to attend and submit your reservation request through the Rookies form to book your tickets and, most importantly, secure your spots in the activity of your choice.

Once the request is submitted, we’ll contact you by email to confirm the reservation.

IMPORTANT: There’s no need to pay in advance. This request simply lets us know your interests, reserve your seats, and, above all, secure your spots for the chosen activity.

Once your request is confirmed, you’re in! You’ll have until 2 weeks before the game to confirm your final numbers and make the payment to formalize your reservation.

If you submit your request within 2 weeks of the game, you’ll need to make the payment once you receive the reservation confirmation. Please note, we may not be able to confirm your request due to limited availability or time constraints.

To sum up: we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your place, as availability may change at any time. WE’RE WAITING FOR YOU!

Third – Confirm your reservation and payment

Once you have submitted your request, we will send you an email confirming (or not) your reservation, along with the Rookies group budget template. You’ll need to complete it with the details of your organization, the number of players/coaches/accompanying adults, the price of the two types of tickets indicated, and the selected activity.

Changes in the number of participants can be made up to 14 days before the game.

For changes of fewer than 10 participants made until 2 weeks before the game, you do not need to check availability. Simply update the number in the budget and transfer the balance via bank transfer. Then, send us the updated budget and payment receipt to the Escoles Palau inbox (escoles.palau@fcbarcelona.cat).

For changes of more than 10 participants (increase or decrease), you must consult us by emailing to the Escoles Palau inbox (escoles.palau@fcbarcelona.cat). If you make changes for more than 10 participants without consulting us first, we cannot guarantee availability.

Once the payment is made, please email us the final budget (including t-shirt sizes) and the payment receipt.

Fourth – Match Day operations

The week before the match, we will send you all the operational details (arrival times, regulations and T-shirt collection). You can find the operational details for each activity in the Activities to Choose From section.

Regarding T-shirt collection, the procedure varies depending on the activity:

  • TEAM PHOTO: 2 hours before the match at Gate 10 of the Palau.
  • HIGH FIVE: 2 hours before the match at Gate 10 of the Palau.
  • HALF-TIME: 1 hour before the match at the Central Offices (Access 11 of Spotify Camp Nou).
  • BARÇA IMMERSIVE TOUR: 1 hour before the match at the Central Offices (Access 11 of Spotify Camp Nou).
  • ICE SKATING: 1 hour before the match at the Central Offices (Access 11 of Spotify Camp Nou).
