How to follow FC Barcelona basketball games
The Barça basketball team has a packed schedule, with a demanding calendar across its two main competitions, the EuroLeague and Liga Endesa. Of course, the best way to enjoy the action is to watch the team in person at the Palau Blaugrana.
For away games, such as this Thursday's clash with Hapoel in Bulgaria, there are several ways to follow Barça's progress. The games receive extensive coverage from television rights holders, radio stations, newspapers and digital media outlets, which also extend their reach through social media.
On our own media
FC Barcelona's official channels provide regular updates on the team, whether through @fcbbasket on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook or through match reports and articles published on the official website. Highlights of every game are also available on the new Barça Play digital playform.
On TV
In Spain, the broadcasting rights to EuroLeague games are held by Movistar+. Outside Spain, games can be watched on EuroLeague TV.
For Liga Endesa, DAZN is the main broadcaster in Spain, showing every game. However, coverage is also available through a wide range of other providers, with two games per round shown on Movistar+, Orange TV, Vodafone TV, Prime Video, MásMóvil, Yoigo and Embou.
ACB games can also be watched live on various regional television channels. 3CAT (TV3, Esport3 and 3CAT.cat) broadcasts one game per round involving Catalan teams and will show Barça's visits to Girona (6 December), Manresa (8 January), Andorra (10 January) and La Coruña (4 April).
TV3 will also broadcast the home games at the Palau against Río Breogán (this Sunday, 8 November), Lleida (8 December), Real Madrid (27 December), Bilbao (7 March) and Manresa (2 May).
Radio
Live commentary from Catalonia's main radio stations, Catalunya Ràdio and RAC1, can be heard through their respective digital apps and, on certain occasions, on traditional radio. The digital radio station 24segons.cat also provides full live commentary of matches in Catalan.
Other Spanish radio stations, including Cadena SER, RNE, Radio Marca, Onda Cero and Cadena COPE, cover the team's news and matches and, for home games, provide live reports from the Palau press box.
Printed and online media
Match reports are available through news agencies, general newspapers and the sports press. Sport and Mundo Deportivo also provide live minute-by-minute coverage on their respective websites.
Other traditional media outlets and a large number of digital platforms specialising in basketball or FC Barcelona also provide match updates through social media and other digital channels. The audiovisual platform Pick&Roll TV offers full live audio commentary of games, including pre-match and post-match coverage, although it does not hold the rights to show footage from the court.
