A draw at the Palau Blaugrana as the FC Barcelona roller hockey side fail to take advantage of a 3-1 lead as Pons Lleida fight back to take a 4-4 draw. Goals from Ignacio Alabart, Sergi Aragonés, Sergi Llorca and Marc Grau were not enough to take victory and now Ricard Ares' team are in second place in the league table on 48 points. 

Barça got off to the best possible start when in the second minute of the game, Alabart put the home side ahead. However, Lleida were back on level terms quickly when Moncusí made it 1-1 four minutes later. The visitors then struck a post before the blaugranes seemed to have tipped the game in their favour before half time. 

Aragonés and Alabart combined for the former to finish and put Barça 2-1 up. A minute later Llorca made it 3-1 just before the break. 

In the second half, nevertheless, the blaugranes were unable to consolidate their advantage. Ciocale made it 3-2 only for Marc Grau to restore Barça's two goal advantage shortly after. There was still drama to come with first Moncusí and then Gabarró finding the net to give Lleida a share of the spoils. 

Barça are next in action in the Copa del Rey on Thursday when they take on Noia Freixenet at 8.45pm CET.
