FC Barcelona's new signing has had his first training session as a Blaugrana
Kevin-Prince Boateng has trained as a player of FC Barcelona. He did so on Tuesday evening, meeting his team-mates and coaches for the first time at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. The session came after a full first day that included the signing of his contract, the photographic session at the Camp Nou and his press conference.
Before training, his team-mates received him with the traditional tunnel of celebration. The session precedes the first leg of the quarterfinal of the Copa del Rey (9.30pm CET) on Wednesday against Sevilla at the Sánchez Pizjuán. Iñaki Peña, Chumi, Miranda, Oriol Busquets, Mujica and Riqui Puig from Barça B made up the numbers. Subsequently, it was announced that the player will travel to Seville with the squad, as he was one of the 19 players called up by Ernesto Valverde.
