The event was called 'Andrés Iniesta: leading by example' and was conducted as an interview with Rubén Bonastre, who is responsible for education at the Masia residence. The interview ended with some time for questions and the first team star posed for a photo and gave the youngsters some advice: “What is important isn't success, it is the journey. Be sure of yourselves and take it step by step. Don't try and jump two steps ahead in your objective of becoming footballers.”
